Qwiqq, Inc. (“We”, “Us,” “Our,” or “Qwiqq”) provides you with this Privacy Policy to inform you of the collection and use policies and practices that apply to information collected on our website at Qwiqq.com and our mobile applications available for via download from the Web Site or from another source (our “Service”). We are committed to giving you transparency of our privacy practices and control over your data in connection with Qwiqq's Service. “You” or “Your” means the person, company or other legal entity which is accepting this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy covers Qwiqq's treatment of personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") and other data that Qwiqq gathers when you are accessing Qwiqq's Service. If you do not accept this Privacy Policy or you do not meet or comply with these provisions, you may not use the Service. The Service is not available to individuals who are younger than 13 years old.

Your Personal Information

• Personal Information You Provide to Us:  We may receive and store any information you enter on our Service or provide to us in any other way. In order to register for and use the Services, you must provide certain Personal Information. The types of Personal Information collected may include your name, email address, Twitter usernames and Facebook usernames. We also automatically receive your location when you use the Service. The Personal Information you provide is used for such purposes as allowing you to set up a user account and profile that can be used to interact with other users through the Service, improving the content of the Service, customizing the advertising and content you see, and communicating with you about specials and new features. We may also draw upon this Personal Information in order to adapt the Services to your needs, to research the effectiveness of our network and Services, and to develop new tools for the Service.
• Your Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality and security of your Personal Information reflected in your account. You can review and edit your Personal Information by logging in to your account and adjusting your settings.
• Information Collected Automatically:  When you use the Service, Qwiqq automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser or mobile platform, including your location, IP address, cookie information, and the page you requested. We do not treat this data as Personal Information, except where we are required to do otherwise under applicable law. Qwiqq only shares this data with third parties in aggregate and unidentified form. We may provide aggregate information to our partners about how our customers, collectively, use our site and applications, so that our partners may also understand how often people use their services and our Service.
• Email Communications:  If you do not want to receive commercial email or other mail from us, please indicate your preference during the registration process or by making a modification on your account settings page or through the 'settings' tab on our Web Site once you're logged into the Service. Please note that if you do not want to receive legal notices from us, such as notices regarding this Privacy Policy, those legal notices will still govern your use of the Service, and you are responsible for reviewing such legal notices for changes. We may receive a confirmation when you open an email from Qwiqq if your computer supports this type of program. Qwiqq uses this confirmation to help us make emails more interesting and helpful and improve our Service.

Sharing of Your Personal Information within the Qwiqq Community

Personal Information about our users is an integral part of our business. We neither rent nor sell your Personal Information to anyone. Qwiqq may share your Personal Information only as described below.

• Friends:  Your "friends" can see the location and time of each of your posts and your Personal Information, including your first name and last name, email, photo, hometown, and links to your Twitter and Facebook accounts (if you have connected those accounts to your Qwiqq account). Friends reading this information may use it or disclose it to other individuals or entities without our control and without your knowledge. We therefore urge you to think carefully about including any specific information you may deem private in your written comments or posts. We are not responsible for Personal Information that you voluntarily choose to display or exchange with others using the Service. We are not responsible for information that you may elect to exchange outside of the Service.
• Information Shared with Everyone:  One of the primary reasons people use Qwiqq is to share content with others. Non-personal information such as your username and photo, your hometown, a list of your friends, and the comments you write is shared by default with the entire Qwiqq community. You expressly agree that other users exclusively own all right, title and interest in and to all of their Personal Information and that you will not sell, share, distribute, publish, advertise or reference their Personal Information except as provided in this Privacy Policy.
• Adding Your Home Address As A Venue:  You should be aware that if you or your friends post a deal from your home as a venue, that information will be available to others and may be published by third parties not under our control. To remove a post you published from the Service (including your home address), tap the delete button that appears beside the post.

Qwiqq Features

The Service also has the following features that may allow you to share your Personal Information with others. Please remember that if you choose to provide Personal Information using certain features of the Service, that information may be available to the wider Qwiqq community, or may be published on the Qwiqq website, which is subject to indexing by third party search engines.

• Following merchants through merchant pages
• Following "follower accounts"
• Connecting to your Twitter or Facebook accounts
• Searching for friends
• Inviting others to join Qwiqq
• Posting comments
• Posting photos

Sharing of Your Personal Information outside the Qwiqq Community:

• Our Partners:  In addition to the data sharing described above, we may enter into relationships with a variety of businesses and work closely with them. In certain situations, these businesses sell items or provide promotions to you through Qwiqq's Service. You can easily recognize when one of these businesses is associated with your transaction, and we will share your Personal Information that is related to such transactions with that business, unless you have elected not to be solicited by marketing partners during the registration process or through the account settings page.
• Business Transfers:  In the event that Qwiqq enters into any change of control, asset sale, or similar transaction, all data and rights related to the Service, or in the unlikely event that Qwiqq goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, your information, including Personal Information, would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party.
• Protection of Qwiqq and Others:  We may view or access your Personal Information for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue, or suspected violation of our Terms of Use. We may release Personal Information when we believe in good faith that release is necessary to comply with the law, including laws outside your country of residence; to exercise our legal rights; defend against legal claims; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Qwiqq, our employees, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations (including outside of your country of residence) for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Cookies and Tracking

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and tell us how and when pages in our site are visited and by how many people. Qwiqq cookies do not collect Personal Information, and we do not combine the general information collected through cookies with other Personal Information to tell us who you are or what your email address is.

Most browsers have an option for turning off the cookie feature, which will prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, as well as (depending on the sophistication of your browser software) allowing you to decide on acceptance of each new cookie in a variety of ways.

Qwiqq uses Google Analytics to better understand who is using the Service, and how people are using it. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect and store anonymous information such as time of visit, pages visited, and time spent on each page of the website, IP address, and type of operating system used. We use this information to improve the Service and make it appealing to as many users as possible. Google has developed a browser plugin to allow you to opt-out of Google Analytics' tracking software.

Security

Your Qwiqq account is protected by a password for your privacy and security. You need to prevent unauthorized access to your account and Personal Information by selecting and protecting your password appropriately, and limiting access to your computer and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account.

Qwiqq endeavors to safeguard user information to ensure that user account information is kept private. However, Qwiqq cannot guarantee the security of user account information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of user information at any time.

The Service may contain links to other sites. Qwiqq is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices on other sites. When linking to another site, you should read the privacy policy stated on that site. This Privacy Policy only governs information collected on the Service.

International Users

If you are located outside of the United States, please note that this site is hosted on our computer servers in the United States. Therefore, your information may be processed and stored in the United States. As a result, United States federal and state governments, courts, or law enforcement or regulatory agencies may be able to obtain disclosure of your information through laws applicable in the United States. Your use of this site or the Service or your submission of any Personal Information to us will constitute your consent to the transfer of your Personal Information outside of your home country, including the United States, which may provide for different data protection rules than in your country.

Access to Personal Information

Qwiqq allows you to access the following information about you for the purpose of viewing, and in certain situations, updating that information and ensuring that it is accurate and complete. You can access this information on the Qwiqq website by visiting the user settings page. This list will change as our Service changes.

• Password
• Email address
• Other User profile information (for example, home city, photo)
• Usage information (for example, history of posts)

Information and Account Removal

After termination of your account , we shall have no obligation to maintain or provide any of your account information or posts and may thereafter, unless legally prohibited, delete all of your account information and posts in our systems or otherwise in our possession or under our control.

Even after removal of information from your account or profile, copies of that information may remain viewable elsewhere, to the extent it has been shared with others, it was otherwise distributed pursuant to your privacy settings, or it was copied or stored by other users. Removed and deleted information may remain on backup media for up to ninety (90) days prior to being deleted from our systems.

Changes To Privacy Policy

Qwiqq may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. If we make material changes in the way we use Personal Information, we will notify registered users by posting an announcement on our Service or sending them an email. Users are bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy when they use the Service after such changes have been first posted.
